Why is my incoming VuwaniTalk call not ringing?

When a call should ring but does not

If someone calls your VuwaniTalk number but nothing rings on your phone, work through these checks in order.

• Check your internet connection: An incoming call needs a reliable data or Wi-Fi connection. If you are offline, the call cannot reach the app.
• Check notifications: Make sure VuwaniTalk is allowed to show notifications and that you have not muted or put the app on do-not-disturb.
• Keep the app running: On many devices the app needs to be running or allowed in the background to receive calls. Check your OS battery and background-app settings.
• Confirm you have a number: Make sure a dedicated number is actually assigned to your account — see How to request your own number.

Calls go straight to voice message or drop

If a call connects but drops before you can answer, it is usually a connection issue on your side. Follow call quality advice and try again. Persistent problems should be reported to support so we can investigate.
