How VuwaniTalk call rates work
How per-minute rates are set, why they differ by country, and how to check the rate before you call.
Pay per minute, no surprises
VuwaniTalk bills per minute, with no subscription and no connection fee. Each destination has its own rate, which reflects what it costs us to terminate the call through partner carriers to that country.
Why rates differ between countries
Different countries and carriers charge different wholesale rates, so the cost to call one country can be higher or lower than another. Mobile numbers are often more expensive to reach than landlines, and rates can change when carriers adjust their pricing.
Always check before you call
Because rates can move, always confirm the current rate for your destination. The live Calling Rates page and the in-app rate display on the dial pad both show up-to-date figures, so you always know what a call will cost beforehand.
Reading your charges
Each call in your history shows the destination, duration and cost. If a charge looks higher than expected, confirm you were not calling a premium or non-standard number, and refer to Understanding your receipt.
