How to reset your VuwaniTalk password

What to do if you have forgotten your password, including the OTP verification step to recover your account.

Getting back into your account

If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen. VuwaniTalk will send a one-time password (OTP) to your registered email address (or via WhatsApp if you have set that up).

Step by step

• On the sign-in screen, choose "forgot password" or the reset option.
• Enter the email address tied to your account.
• Check your inbox for the six-digit OTP code.
• Enter the code and choose a new password.
• Sign in with your new password.

Not receiving the code?

Check your spam or junk folder, and confirm you are entering the exact email you registered with. If you no longer have access to that email, recovery is harder — contact support with as much account detail as possible so we can help verify you.

Keeping your account secure
