Email verification and OTP codes on VuwaniTalk
Why VuwaniTalk sends verification codes and what to do if your OTP does not arrive or has expired.
Why verification matters
VuwaniTalk uses six-digit one-time passwords (OTPs) to verify your email, reset your password, and keep harmful actors out of accounts. These codes are sent to your email address, or to WhatsApp if you have enabled that option.
The code is not arriving
- Check your spam or promotions folder — email filters sometimes catch verification messages.
- Wait a minute or two; delivery can be slow during busy times.
- Make sure you are checking the exact email you registered with.
- Request a new code — the previous one may have expired.
My code has expired
OTP codes are valid for a short time for security reasons. If yours has expired, simply request a fresh code and enter it promptly.
A code you did not request
If you receive a verification code you did not ask for, ignore it and do not share it with anyone. It may mean someone is trying to use your email. If you are concerned about your account, contact support.
