How long referral rewards take to arrive, why yours may be pending, and what to do if a reward is missing.

Referral rewards are not instant

A referral reward is only confirmed once the new user meets the program conditions. Until then your reward can show as pending, which is normal.

Common questions

• My friend signed up but I got nothing: Confirm they registered through your exact link. If they opened the app directly or on a device that had used it before, the referral is not attributed.
• The reward is pending: Rewards typically become available once the invited user completes the required action. Give it a short while and check again.
• I have not received my reward: If the conditions are met and the reward still has not landed, contact support with the details so we can check it for you.
